amazing stay
friendly staffrooftop viewsgreat location
the hotel is in a great location. the staff were so friendly and accommodating i really felt welcome. the views from the rooftop are fine especially at night.
the gym was a bit small it had limited equipment.

the hotel is next to the main street and a train station making travel easy. a large shopping center is nearby plus many small eateries and shops are close. accessing the metro and the city center is quite easy by train.

The location proved very convenient, especially with easy access to the bts skytrain. the breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fruit (i never miss fruit!).
i noticed the gym had some equipment that seemed a bit outdated. also, the vanilla sky rooftop bar was quite crowded during peak hours (finding a seat was difficult).

The location provides easy access to the train station. The staff demonstrated helpfulness consistently. The rooms maintained cleanliness and order. I found the experience enjoyable.
The pool area seemed small considering the hotel's size, sometimes causing a wait for available beds.

The location was acceptable as it was close to the BTS station. It made getting around the city fairly convenient.
I was a bit upset to discover the room did not resemble the photos online. There was a noticeable musty smell, a detail the staff seemed aware of. I think a little compensation for the inconvenience would have been fair.

broken air conditioningsmall room
The air conditioning seemed broken. it would reset to 28 degrees celsius whenever i took my key card out. the room felt stuffy. Almost as hot as it was outside, and the small size was frustrating. we had to put our luggage on the bed just to open it! plus, the windows faced other tall buildings, so the room was dark all the time.
